The Itrend institute is formed by an assembly of partners with representatives from knowledge-generating institutions and business associations, who as April 2022, elect their 14 representatives on the board of directors. In the same way, Itrend has two councils: one for public bodies and the other one for civil society, whose mission is to direct the institute work considering the Chilean State and civil society’s needs and priorities.
In addition, there is an Accounts Auditing Commission and an Ethics and Prevention of Conflicts of Interest Committee, which seek to prevent the last-mentioned point, also probity and financial transparency. Finally, Itrend is composed of a Scientific and Technical Advisory Board and strategic affiliates too.
