Itrends seeks to raise concrete needs from all the society actors and prioritize actions which allow to move forward on 14 specific tasks and 5 enabling conditions proposed by the CREDEN strategy. Our institute has an articulating role to promote the creation of public goods, through collaborative work that provides solutions to these concerns.

With this purpose in mind, Itrend works together with the public and private sectors, the Academy, international organisations, and civil society, combining capacities and creating opportunities. By achieving it, together the existing R+D+I gaps will be overcome to avoid natural events turn into disasters.
